"We have been with another insurance company for years. My husband and I received our renewal statement payment. The renewal amount was more than what we could afford. We decided to go to State Farm. What a great decision. We met Mrs. Erica Aronson and stated to her our situation. She went straight into the process. First, Erica thoroughly reviewed our previous policy and found a way to offer us a better coverage for our vehicles at a much lower premium. Erica was friendly and very knowledgeable which made switching our auto insurance at ease for us and also money was saved. Also, she introduced us to Mr. Tim Westfall the Agent which showed us they really care about the clients."

"Stopped in the office to ask for an auto document. My agent, Erica was available to assist in answering my request for obtaining a copy of a misplaced Registration Card. She helped search and complete the application for a duplicate card for me to submit to the DMV. I appreciated her extra efforts in helping me."

"I was researching/shopping for my Home, Auto & Umbrella insurance policies. Contacted Tim Westfall's office & spoke with Erica Aronson, one of Tim's agents. Met with Erica & spent 2+ hours reviewing every detail of the policies I needed. Erica was very patient, thorough in answering my questions & knowledgable/gave insight to specifics in each policy that I was not aware of. "Huge thanks to this State Farm branch for truly going above and beyond. Erica and Avery live up to the motto; "Like a Good Neighbor, State Farm is there". Upon driving up to the parking area, my car encountered some icy roads and my vehicle was stuck in a slippery situation. Thankfully, Erica and Avery were there to help guide me and physically assist my car out of the situation. Thank you both! On top of that, Bethany was amazing with expediting all the insurance information I needed afterward—fast, clear, and super reassuring when I needed it most. Exceptional service all around. "In the first part of January I had water come into my condo from the unit above me. I went by my local State Farm office and Erica was there. She listened attentively, took notes and put me in touch with a restoration company. The whole process went smoothly including the claim. Erica was a big help! "My father and I purchased automobile and life insurance at the Tim Westwall’s State Farm Insurance’s location in High Point, NC.
